What do you do with a dining room that has been empty for 2 years but an office that was transformed into a Baby Nursery?? You compromise! We now have a sitting room/office off of our entry that was intended to be a dining room. We don't do much formal dining and this room was the last on the "To Do" list for such a long time, we are just happy it'll get some use, even if it's a bit untraditional. It works for our family, that's most important, right? Plus Tucker, our cat, adores this chair, he is found sleeping in it every day.

I think it looks great! After 1 1/2 yrs in our house, we still haven't finished decorating a guest room and the playroom/gym upstairs... that's on the to do list for this weekend!
